Dr BR Ambedkar Central Library is the central library of Adikavi Nannaya University. Established in 2006, with a minimum of 100 books, the Library today boasts over 100000 books and other resources necessary for students and scholars.

The Library is spread over 3 floors, and occupies the iconic building central to the campus. Besides the work and stock areas of Library, there are multiple reading rooms open to the students and scholars alike with comfortable seating to encourage reading and discussions. One of these reading rooms, located on the ground floor, is open 24/7 for access to in-campus hostellers.

Dr BR Ambedkar Central Library comprises of section based on domain, with major sections being Engineering, Science, Arts & Humanities and Social and Management Sciences. The Library has an impressive number of subscriptions to all the major and popular journals of these domains. As of 2021, the Library subscribes to 1200+ journals.

Under the guidance and supervision of Prof M Jagannadha Rao, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of the University, the Library has incorporated digital resources through JGATE and JSTOR portals. Today with complete implementation of these facilities, the Library has access to over 12 Million e-resources in the form of journals, proceedings and e-books. The Library is also being digitized using SOUL software.
